Bob dreamed of being a comedian, but his mom had other plans—she convinced him to hit the books instead. Heeding her advice, Bob enrolled at the University of Washington, where he earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering. After graduation, he packed up and headed to sunny San Jose, California—not just for a job, but to escape the Pacific Northwest rain.


Today, Bob serves as Vice President of Mortgage Lending for Guaranteed Rate Affinity, in Los Gatos, where he specializes in homeownership, first-time and move up buyers, and securing the best possible rate for refinancing.


When he's not in the office overseeing the magic of lending, he's in San Jose, where he's raised two incredible daughters as a proud single parent. Bob's weekends are as active as his workdays—whether he's teaming up with a top realtor at an open house or dominating the courts in a fast-paced game of pickleball, he's always on the go.
