From file set-up to loan tracking, Cheryl Boldig has performed many different functions in the mortgage industry since her start in 1990. This experience and the knowledge that comes with it enables her to handle many different types of mortgages and ensures a stress-free experience for her clients. Her excellent customer service and attention to detail continues to impress her colleagues and clients alike, earning her peer recognition and awards several times in her career. Though Cheryl is proud to be recognized for her work, providing sound financial advice and the best loan product for each of her clients’ needs is what truly motivates her to excel. Cheryl understands that the loan process can seem complicated, but she is able to share her deep understanding of the process with her clients to ensure that they understand all of its aspects and leave the closing table satisfied with their decisions. Cheryl has been guiding people through home purchases for most of her career, but in 2007 she took time away to earn a Bachelor’s degree in special education from Kent State University. She graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2011 and then taught in Cleveland before returning home to California and the mortgage industry. A Native Californian, she enjoyed the few years she spent living in Ohio where she developed a keen appreciation for nature and the four seasons.
