Guaranteed Rate Affinity More Than Doubles Its Top Women Originators on Scotsman Guide

Guaranteed Rate Affinity, a mortgage origination joint venture between Guaranteed Rate and Realogy Holdings Corp. (NYSE: RLGY), had 28 mortgage professionals named to the Scotsman Guide annual list of “Top Women Originators,” which is more than twice as many as the previous year.
This Scotsman Guide ranking celebrates female loan originators who excel in customer service and who leverage advanced mortgage technology to exponentially grow their business. These rankings are a direct extension of Guaranteed Rate Affinity’s record-breaking 2020, in which the company doubled its total loan volume to more than $13.4 billion and increased its workforce to over 1,500 employees nationwide.
“What amazing accomplishments,” said Dave Dickey, Executive Vice President of National Production for Guaranteed Rate Affinity. “I couldn’t be more proud of these incredible women and to be part of their success! We are truly blessed to work with such talented people who are so dedicated to delivering the best service in the industry. That dedication is the secret to their success.”
To support female loan originators, Guaranteed Rate Companies formally established the Guaranteed Rate Organization of Women (GROW) in 2018. GROW is a platform for women to champion each other’s successes, exchange ideas and generate increased empowerment and confidence. The organization now conducts a mentorship program, monthly webinars and an annual conference to further promote and celebrate the women of Guaranteed Rate Companies.
“It is refreshing to work in an organization that not only supports women, but also actively promotes and empowers their personal and professional growth and success,” said Lizzie Garner, Executive Vice President of Guaranteed Rate and founding member of GROW. “As we continue to support women throughout our organization and tackle inclusivity throughout the industry, Scotsman is also helping to change the face of this traditionally male-dominated industry by recognizing top-producing women loan originators.”
