I bring over 25 years of experience in real estate and banking to the Guaranteed Rate Affinity team. My career began during the real estate market boom of the late 1990s and early 2000s. I obtained my real estate license at the age of 19, helping numerous homeowners achieve their dream of property ownership. From the outset, I prioritized customer relationships and deepened my understanding of the real estate market, which naturally led to my transition into banking. Throughout my career, I have held diverse positions in underwriting, processing management, and sales. My objective has always been to cultivate a comprehensive knowledge base to better serve my clients, guiding them through every facet of the home buying process with clarity and confidence. I am an avid observer of the mortgage market, staying informed about economic and societal trends that influence rate fluctuations and product developments. Outside of my professional pursuits, my wife Molly and I are proud parents of two sets of boy/girl twins. We cherish our time together as a family and are committed to giving back to our community. In 2016, we were honored to serve as the Ambassador Family for the Missouri Chapter of March of Dimes, and I also chaired the Family Team Committee for the 2018 campaign.
