Whether working with first-time or repeat home buyers, Kimberly Placzek places a great emphasis on communication and availability. She is always willing to put in the time and effort necessary to help clients achieve their goals. “I work hand-in-hand with my clients, from the preapproval process all the way through the closing. If something is preventing you from getting preapproved, I take the time to go over the information with you and put a plan together to make it possible in the future,” stated Kimberly. Before beginning her career as a loan officer, she conducted seminars designed to help prospective home buyers become better informed, better prepared, and eventually obtain the best financing terms possible. In her down time, Kimberly enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, especially camping and skiing.
