About Albert Diaz
Born and raised in New York City, I entered the mortgage industry in January 2004 with a passion for helping families achieve the dream of homeownership. Over the past twenty years I've had the privilege of serving more than 2,000 families, guiding them through every type of loan from conventional, FHA, jumbo, and 203k rehabilitation loans to construction-to-permanent financing. I've also worked extensively with self employed customers, helping them purchase and finance properties through non conventional loan programs designed to meet their unique needs. Most recently, my focus has been on supporting underserved communities by helping families access Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) grants. As the son of Dominican immigrants, Spanish was my first language, and being bilingual has allowed me to connect deeply with diverse clients and partners across the real estate community. My commitment extends beyond financing as I take pride in helping real estate professionals grow their businesses while ensuring families can secure homes they love. I am a proud graduate of New York Institute of Technology (NYIT), where I studied before beginning my career in finance and leadership. Outside of work, I'm passionate about baseball, flying, traveling and exploring food cultures.
