Laura began her loan officer career in 2001, in Cleveland, OH. She survived the mortgage meltdown of 2006/2007 and emerged as the local expert for financing which included renovation loan financing at Wells Fargo. In 2017 she accepted a transfer from Wells Fargo to Naples, Florida as a renovation specialist not knowing that Wells Fargo would eliminate that product line. In the summer of 2018 Laura joined the Guaranteed Rate Affinity team to gain back the products she lost from Wells Fargo and add renovation back to her portfolio and many more creative loan programs.
