Dan's journey in the mortgage industry began 20 years ago as a college intern updating daily rate sheets, photocopying closing packages, and taking lunch orders. After graduating with a degree in real estate, Dan became an effective loan originator as a result of his knowledge of the Florida market, and its laws and best practices, which resulted in him earning the trust of both buyers and referral sources. Having worked with a local builder for the last 14 years, Dan has gained expertise in Jumbo, new construction, self-employed borrower loans, and refinance loans, producing over $300,000,000 in closed loans during that time.  
Dan is known for being a productive, congenial team member who is well-liked by colleagues and clients alike. He enjoys helping clients achieve their real estate goals by addressing their individual needs and working in an atmosphere of collaboration.
