When you love your job and you genuinely care about helping people, it shows. Having worked in finance for almost 25 years as a loan officer, the mortgage industry is a people business. Of course, in a people business, customer service is paramount which is why my team and I are committed to being the best. Sometimes providing the best customer service starts with "pulling back the curtain" of the mortgage process for our clients, particularly first-time homebuyers.
