Throughout his career, Robert has built, led, and scaled high-performing mortgage organizations by focusing on disciplined sales execution, operational structure, and people-first leadership. He has extensive experience recruiting, developing, and retaining top-producing Loan Officers, creating cultures rooted in accountability, compliance, and long-term relationship building.
