Over the years, I have excelled at building and leading successful loan origination teams for both banks and independent mortgage bankers, directly contributing to their increased personal production. This expertise was cultivated through invaluable experience working alongside top leaders in the mortgage and following proven strategies from sales coaches like Todd Duncan, Greg Frost and Rick Ruby. I believe that building strong teams starts with strategic hiring based on individual profiles.
