I'm Adam, your local Guaranteed Rate Affinity Loan Officer. I grew up in East Patchogue on Long Island but currently live in Berlin, Maryland with my wife, three children, and my dog Boh. I graduated from Salisbury University and enjoy travelling and watching my favorite sport teams, the New York Yankees and New York Jets. I am licensed in Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania and specialize in second homes and condominiums. I am committed to making the home buying process as easy as possible for my clients and knowing the most up-to-date loan products that are available on the market. I am well versed in FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, and jumbo loans as well as credit repair for clients who are just getting started in the home buying process.
